This project was a 14 month long extensive refurbishment of a grade 2 listed building originally five bedrooms converted into two bedrooms with an additional Annex for guests. 

 

We took what was the conventional house and effectively turned upside down, The bedrooms were moved to the ground floor and the living area and kitchen is moved to the first floor. 

 

Project included an extension, Annex, new roof, stone restoration, underfloor heating, full re-plumbing, full rewiring new bathrooms and kitchen.
